Many high-functioning adults struggle with chronic stress activation, emotional reactivity, shutdown patterns, sleep disruption, or feeling persistently “on edge” — even when they understand their history and have done meaningful therapy.

The Nervous System Optimization Program is a structured, 10-session, brain-based protocol designed to recalibrate the stress response system and strengthen long-term emotional regulation through neuroplastic change.

This program integrates neurofeedback, EMDR-informed therapy, attachment science, polyvagal-informed somatic work, and breath-based regulation techniques to support whole-system recalibration.
