About Jeanette
Jeanette Barich, LCSW, LAC, DVCS, is the founder and Clinical Director of Vista Counseling Services, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in trauma, domestic violence, addiction, and complex mental health treatment, she brings a steady, grounded presence to work that is often nuanced, high-stakes, and deeply personal.
Clients often come to Jeanette during seasons of transition, crisis, or growth. She works primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the cumulative effects of chronic stress. Many of the individuals she serves are high-functioning professionals who maintain external success while privately navigating nervous system dysregulation, relational strain, or emotional exhaustion.
Her clinical work integrates EMDR, Low Energy Neurofeedback (LENS), neuroplasticity-informed interventions, and evidence-based cognitive and behavioral approaches to support nervous system regulation and meaningful change. For those seeking more focused, accelerated work, she offers structured neurocognitive intensives designed to improve clarity, emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable performance.
In addition to her private clinical practice, Jeanette is a Colorado DVOMB Full Operating Level Provider, Evaluator, Clinical Supervisor, and Trainer. She maintains active involvement in Colorado’s domestic violence regulatory and standards development processes, which provides her with insight into evolving compliance expectations, risk assessment frameworks, and the complexities of court-involved matters.
She provides civil domestic violence evaluations, second opinions, and expert consultation, and works collaboratively with attorneys and agencies when structured, defensible clinical input is needed. She also offers DVOMB-aligned supervision and consultation for clinicians and agencies developing or strengthening compliant programs.
Jeanette believes that healing and accountability are not mutually exclusive. Her work is thoughtful, structured, trauma-informed, and direct – balancing compassion with clarity. Whether supporting an individual client, consulting on a complex case, or assisting an agency in program development, her focus remains consistent: integrity, stability, and forward movement.
